Aubigné-sur-Layon és un municipi francès situat al departament de Maine i Loira i a la regió de País del Loira. L'any 2007 tenia 357 habitants.

El 2007 la població de fet d'Aubigné-sur-Layon era de 357 persones. Hi havia 138 famílies de les quals 32 eren unipersonals (20 homes vivint sols i 12 dones vivint soles), 51 parelles sense fills, 51 parelles amb fills i 4 famílies monoparentals amb fills.
