ইস্তাম্বুল মহানগর পৌরসংস্থা পরিষদ (তুর্কি: İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediye Meclisi) ইস্তাম্বুল মহানগর পৌরসংস্থার সর্বোচ্চ সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণকারী সংস্থা।[১]

পৌরসভা পরিষদের জন্য আলাদা নির্বাচন হয় না। ইস্তাম্বুলের জেলা পৌরসভার কাউন্সিলরদের নিয়ে ((তুর্কি: İlçe Belediyeleri) পৌরসভা পরিষদ গঠিত। স্থানীয় সরকার নির্বাচনের পর, নির্বাচিত জেলা কাউন্সিলরদের এক-পঞ্চমাংশ এবং তাদের জেলার মেয়র যৌথভাবে তাদের জেলার প্রতিনিধিত্ব করে।

নির্বাচিত মেট্রোপলিটন মেয়র কাউন্সিলের প্রধান হিসেবে দায়িত্ব পালন করেন।
