হাখমানেশী সাম্রাজ্য (ফার্সি: هخامنشيان হাখ'মানেশিয়ন; ইংরেজি ভাষায়: Achaemenid Empire) বা আচিমিনীয় সাম্রাজ্য[৪] (; প্রাচীন ফার্সি: 𐎧𐏁𐏂, Xšāça, আক্ষ. অনু. সাম্রাজ্য বা রাজ্য) বৃহত্তর ইরানের উল্লেখযোগ্য পরিমাণ অঞ্চলে শাসনকারী প্রথম কয়েকটি পারসিক সাম্রাজ্যের একটি। প্রাচীন পারসিক ম'দাই সাম্রাজ্যের পতনের পর এই সাম্রাজ্যটির আত্মপ্রকাশ ঘটে। পরাক্রমের শীর্ষে সাম্রাজ্যটির আয়তন ছিল প্রায় ৭৫ লক্ষ বর্গকিলোমিটার (যা বর্তমান মহাদেশীয় যুক্তরাষ্ট্রের আয়তনের প্রায় সমান) [৫][৬][৭]। শতাংশ হিসেবে মোট বিশ্ব জনসংখ্যার সর্বোচ্চ অংশ এই সাম্রাজ্যে বাস করত। এটি প্রাচীন বিশ্বের বৃহত্তম সাম্রাজ্যগুলির একটি। সাম্রাজ্যটিতে কেন্দ্রীয় শাসনব্যবস্থা মডেলের অন্যতম একটি সফল বাস্তবায়ন ঘটেছিল [৮]।
পারস্যের রাজা দ্বিতীয় কুরুশ (প্রবীণ কুরুশ বা মহান কুরুশ নামেও পরিচিত, ইংরেজিতে Cyrus the Great) এই সাম্রাজ্যটি গড়ে তোলেন। সাম্রাজ্যটি এশিয়া, ইউরোপ ও আফ্রিকা --- এই তিন মহাদেশে বিস্তৃত ছিল। ইরান ছাড়াও বর্তমান কালের আফগানিস্তান, পাকিস্তান, মধ্য এশিয়ার অংশবিশেষ, এশিয়া মাইনর (তুরস্ক), থ্রাকে (গ্রিস), কৃষ্ণ সাগরের উপকূল, ইরাক, সৌদি আরবের উত্তরাংশ, জর্দান, প্যালেস্টাইন, লেবানন, সিরিয়া, প্রাচীন মিশরের সব গুরুত্বপূর্ণ এলাকা এবং লিবিয়া এই সাম্রাজ্যের অন্তর্ভুক্ত ছিল। পশ্চিমা সভ্যতার ইতিহাসে সাম্রাজ্যটির ভূমিকা খলধর্মী। গ্রিক-পারস্য যুদ্ধগুলিতে এটি ছিল গ্রিসের নগর রাষ্ট্রগুলির শত্রু। এছাড়া ব্যাবিলন থেকে ইহুদীদের স্বাধীনতা দান, আরামীয় ভাষাকে সাম্রাজ্যের সরকারি ভাষার মর্যাদা দানের ব্যাপারগুলিও পশ্চিমা ইতিহাসে উল্লিখিত। ৩৩০ খ্রিস্টপূর্বাব্দে মহান আলেকজান্ডারের সাথে যুদ্ধে সাম্রাজ্যটির পতন হয়।
