কিতাবুল তাসরিফ (Arabic,كتاب التصريف لمن عجز عن التأليف) (The Method of Medicine) আরবি ভাষায় রচিত চিকিৎসা বিষয়ক একটি বিশ্বকোষ। ১০০০ সালের কাছাকাছি সময় আবুল কাসিম আল জাহরাউয়ি এটি রচনা করেন।[১] মধ্যযুগে ইউরোপে এটি ল্যাটিন শিরোনাম Concessio ei data qui componere haud valet নামে পরিচিত ছিল।
