Прэзідэнцкія выбары ў Рэспубліцы Кіпр 2013 года праходзілі ў два туры 17 і 24 лютага. Прэзідэнт Дзімітрыс Хрыстофіяс не балатаваўся на выбарах[1]. Першы тур завяршыўся 17 лютага, яўка склала больш за 83 % ад зарэгістраваных выбаршчыкаў. Ніхто з кандыдатаў не набраў больш за 50 %. У другі тур выйшлі правацэнтрысцкі палітык ад Дэмакратычнага аб’яднання Нікас Анастасіядыс, які атрымаў 45 % галасоў, і прадстаўнік левай Прагрэсіўнай партыі працоўнага народа Кіпра Стаўрас Малас.

Нікас Анастасіядыс быў абраны прэзідэнтам у другім туры, набраўшы 57,48 % галасоў пры яўцы 81,6 %. Інаўгурацыя абранага прэзідэнта прайшла 28 лютага, а новы ўрад прыступіў да працы 1 сакавіка 2013 года.
