Падзішах-Імператар Сусвету Людзей (англ.: Padishah Emperor; ад падзішах (перс.: پادشاه — «вялікі кароль», «кароль каралёў») і імператар) — спадчынны тытул кіраўнікоў выдуманай Імперыі ў сусвеце Дзюны.

Імперыя складалася з усе светаў, вядомых чалавецтву. Улада ў Імперыі была размеркавана паміж Імператарам, які з’яўляецца вярхоўным кіраўніком, Дамамі Ландсраада і Касмічнай гільдыяй, якая мела манаполію на касмічныя перавозкі і банкаўскія аперацыі. Адносіны паміж усімі трыма бакамі рэгулявала Вялікая Канвенцыя.

З часоў Батлерыянскага Джыхаду Падзішах-Імператарамі на працягу 10 тысяч гадоў былі прадстаўнікі Вялікага Дому Карына. Інструментам распаўсюджвання ўплыву Падзішах-Імператараў Карына на сусвет былі фанатычныя сардаўкары. Першай сталіцай Імперыі была планета Салуса Секундус. Пасля атамнай бамбардзіроўкі сталіца была перанесена на Кайтайн. Пазней сталіцай Імперыі стала планета Аракіс.

За апошнім імператарам Карына Шадамам IV пайшлі імператары з Дому Атрэйдэс Пол Атрэйдэс (Муад’Дзіб) і Лета Атрэйдэс II, які стаў паўчалавекам-паўчарвяком і апошнім імператарам, кіруючы 3,5 тысячы гадоў.
