Віктар Васілевіч Талаліхін (18 верасня 1918, с. Цёплоўка, Вольскі павет, Саратаўская губерня, РСФСР — 27 кастрычніка 1941, Падольскі раён, Маскоўская вобласць, СССР) — ваенны лётчык, намеснік камандзіра эскадрыллі 177-га знішчальнага авіяцыйнага палка СПА 6-га знішчальнага авіяцыйнага корпуса СПА, малодшы лейтэнант. Герой Савецкага Саюза[3]. Адным з першых у СССР здзейсніў начны паветраны таран.

Перад Вялікай Айчыннай вайной жыў у горадзе Клін Маскоўскай вобласці. У Вялікую Айчынную вайну быў намеснікам камандзіра авіяэскадрыллі 177-га знішчальнага авіяпалка.

У ноч на 7 жніўня 1941 года на І-16 тып 29 адным з першых ваенных лётчыкаў РСЧА здзейсніў таран ў начным паветраным баі над Масквой, збіў у небе Масквы бамбардзіроўшчык He-111 лейтэнанта І. Ташнера са складу 7-й эскадрыллі 26-й бамбардзіровачнай эскадры. Яго самалёт упаў у лес паблізу вёскі Сцяпыгін (Дамадзедаўскі раён), а сам паранены лётчык на парашуце спусціўся ў рэчку Северка. У наступных баях В. Талаліхін збіў яшчэ пяць нямецкіх самалётаў.

Виктар Талаліхін загінуў у паветраным баі каля Падольска 27 кастрычніка 1941 года. Пахаваны на Новадзявочых могілках у Маскве.
