Беларуская антэкліза, Беларуска-Літоўская антэкліза, Мазурска-Беларускае падняцце — вялікая дадатная структура на захадзе Рускай пліты з высокім заляганнем крышталічнага фундамента.

Займае цэнтральную і паўночна-заходнюю часткі тэрыторыі Беларусі, сумежныя тэрыторыі Літвы і Латвіі, а таксама паўночна-ўсходняй Польшчы. Вылучаецца па ізагіпсе -500 м у падэшве, у скляпеністай частцы па ізагіпсе -300 м. Выцягнутая з усходу на захад на 350 км, пры шырыні 40—120 км. Абмежавана на поўдні Падляска-Брэсцкай упадзінай, Палескай седлавінай і Прыпяцкім прагінам, на ўсходзе і паўночным усходзе Жлобінскай седлавінай і Аршанскай упадзінай, на поўначы Латвійскай седлавінай, на паўночным захадзе Балтыйскай сінеклізай, на захадзе Варшаўскай упадзінай.

Фарміравалася ад позняга пратэразою да антрапагену ўключна. У скляпенні крышталічны фундамент залягае на абсалютных адзнаках -50 — +87 м, на схілах апускаецца на глыбіню 500—700 м, на захадзе 1500—2000 м. Ён складзены з архейскіх і ніжнепратэразойскіх метамарфізаваных, ультраметамарфізаваных і вывергнутых парод. Платформавы чахол утвораны з верхнепратэразойскіх, палеазойскіх і меза-кайназойскіх парод. Найбольш прыпаднятая частка вылучаецца як Цэнтральнабеларускі масіў, на якім развіты толькі неагенавыя і антрапагенавыя адклады. На Беларускай антэклізе вядомы падпарадкаваныя структуры — пахаваныя выступы фундамента (Бабаўнянскі, Бабруйскі, Вілейскі, Івацэвіцкі, Мазурскі), грабен (Валожынскі) і монакліналі (Прыбалтыйская і Прыаршанская).

У крышталічным фундаменце выяўлены Навасёлкаўскае радовішча ільменіт-магнетытавых руд і Аколаўскае радовішча жалезістых кварцытаў.
