Бамбергскі Апакаліпсіс (Бамбергская дзяржаўная бібліятэка  (руск.) (бел., Msc.Bibl.140) — створаны ў XI стагоддзі багата ілюмінаваны рукапіс, які змяшчае Кнігу Апакаліпсіс і Евангельскі лекцыянарый.

Гісторыя стварэння

Яна была створана ў скрыпторыі ў Райхенау паміж 1000 і 1020 і цесна звязаны з іншымі рукапісамі Райхенау  (фр.) (бел., у тым ліку Перыкопай Генрыха II і Мюнхенскім Евангеллем Атона III  (англ.) (бел..

Ён быў замоўлены Атонам III. Рукапіс незавершаны  (англ.) (бел. на момант смерці Атона і заказ перайшоў да Генрыха II, які затым, разам з жонкай Кунігундай, ахвяраваў яго зноў створанаму калегіяльнаму абацтву Св. Стэфана ў Бамбергу. Гэта адзіны захаваны ілюстраваны рукапіс атонскага  (укр.) (бел. Апакаліпсісу.

Апісанне

Рукапіс  складаецца са 106 фоліа і ўпрыгожаны 57 пазалочанымі мініяцюрамі і больш за 100 пазалочанымі ініцыяламі. У 2003 годзе ён, разам з іншымі атонскімі рукапісамі, створанымі ў Райхенау, быў дададзены ў міжнародны рэестр ЮНЕСКА «Памяць свету».
