Іван Кузьміч Сіўцо́ў[1] (27 снежня 1922 — 9 лістапада 1959) — беларускі пісьменнік.

Біяграфія

Нарадзіўся ў сялянскай сям’і ў вёсцы Бакунавічы (Чэрыкаўскі раён Магілёўскай вобласці Беларусі). У 1940 годзе скончыў школу ў Чэрыкаве і паступіў у Ленінградскае авіятэхнічнае вучылішча. У час Вялікай Айчыннай вайны авіямеханік, удзельнік баёў пад Сталінградам. У 1944 годзе быў дэмабілізаваны па стане здароўя (захварэў туберкулёзам[2]) і вярнуўся на радзіму. Працаваў у Чэрыкаўскім раённым камітэце КП(б)Б. У 1948 годзе скончыў Рэспубліканскую партыйную школу пры ЦК КПБ. У 1948—1950 гадах працаваў у Магілёўскім абкаме КПБ інструктарам, загадчыкам сектара друку. У 1950—1952 гадах супрацоўнік рэдакцыі часопіса «Бярозка», з 1952 года — у рэдакцыі часопіса «Беларусь».

Памёр І. К. Сіўцоў 9 лістапада 1959 года. Пахаваны на Усходніх могілках у Мінску[2].

Творчасць

У друку пачаў выступаць з 1947 года. Аўтар артыкулаў, нарысаў, апавяданняў, аповесці «Самыя юныя» (1949). Займаўся перакладамі[2]. Аўтар рамана «Нягоды і радасці» (1960).

Член Саюза пісьменнікаў СССР з 1949 года[2].
