Цэнтральны банк Расійскай Федэрацыі (Банк Расіі) (руск.: Центральный банк Российской Федерации (Банк России)) — галоўны банк першага ўзроўню, галоўны эмісійны, грашова-крэдытны інстытут Расійскай Федэрацыі, які распрацоўвае і ажыццяўляе ў супрацоўніцтве з Урадам Расійскай Федэрацыі адзіную грашова-крэдытную палітыку і надзелены асаблівымі паўнамоцтвамі, у прыватнасці, правам эмісіі грашовых знакаў і рэгулявання дзейнасці банкаў.

Банк Расіі выконвае ролю галоўнага каардынацыйнага і рэгулюючага органа ўсёй крэдытнай сістэмы краіны, выступае органам эканамічнага кіравання. Банк Расіі кантралюе дзейнасць крэдытных арганізацый, выдае і адклікае ў іх ліцэнзіі на ажыццяўленне банкаўскіх аперацый, а ўжо крэдытныя арганізацыі працуюць з іншымі юрыдычнымі і фізічнымі асобамі, пры гэтым Банк Расіі таксама з’яўляецца юрыдычнай асобай.
