Тайге́та (стар.-грэч.: Ταϋγέτη; познелац. Taygete, Taygeta) — у старажытнагрэчаскай міфалогіі адна з плеяд; каханая Зеўса, маці Лакедэмона, якая дала імя Лаконскаму горнаму ланцугу Тайгет. Дачка Атланта[3] і Плеёны. Нарадзіла ад Зеўса Лакедэмона[4]. Яе выкраданне было намалявана на троне ў Аміклах[5]. Паводле іншага апавядання, Артэміда ператварыла яе ў лань, каб выратаваць ад дамаганняў Зеўса[6], і тая ў падзяку абяцала Артэмідзе златарогую лань, якую пазней злавіў Геракл[7].
