Пасяджэнне Пастаяннай Рады.

Пастаянная Рада (польск.: Rada Nieustająca) — найвышэйшы адміністрацыйны орган Рэчы Паспалітай у 1775—1789 гадах

Створана ў сакавіку 1775 года пасля першага падзелу Рэчы Паспалітай з ініцыятывы расійскай імператрыцы Кацярыны II. Да 1789 года Рада была галоўным адміністрацыйным органам Рэчы Паспалітай.

Дэпартаменты Рады

  • Дэпартамент замежных спраў;
  • Ваенны дэпартамент;
  • Дэпартамент паліцыі;
  • Дэпартамент скарбу;
  • Дэпартамент юстыцыі.

Кожныя два гады склад Рады пераабіраўся на 1/3.

Ужо першы склад Рады выбіраўся паводле спісу, пададзенага Кацярынай II (толькі тры кандыдаты трапілі ў Раду з аналагічнага «прускага ліста»). Дэкрэты Пастаяннай Рады падпісваў кароль, але ён не меў права іх адхіляць.

Пастаянная Рада выбіралася на Вальных Соймах і была падсправаздачная Сойму. Па сутнасці, Рада стала першым у гісторыі Рэчы Паспалітай органам «міжсоймавай» вышэйшай улады, які кантраляваў усе сферы жыцця краіны.

19 студзеня 1789 года на пасяджэнні Чатырохгадовага сейма Пастаянная Рада ліквідавана абсалютнай большасцю галасоў.
