Востраў (Слуцк)

Востраў — прадмесце Слуцка, якое знаходзілася за гарадскімі ўмацаваннямі, на паўночным усходзе ад горада.

У 1579 г. Слуцк быў падзелены паміж трыма братамі Алелькавічамі на Стары горад, Новы горад і Востраў. Востраў атрымаў Аляксандр Юр'евіч[1]. У 1592 г. усе часткі горада і Слуцкае княства былі зноў аб'яднаны і перайшлі да апошняй князёўны з роду Алелькавічаў — Соф'і Юр'еўны, а праз яе — да Радзівілаў.

У канцы XVIII ст. ў прадмесце Востраў са Старога горада перанесена Канстанцінаўская царква, якая заняла месца разабранай у 1795 г. Міхайлаўскай царквы.
