An Meghalaya (/ˌmeɪɡəˈleɪə/,^[5] o /meɪˈɡɑːləjə/,^[6] nangangahulugan na "abode of clouds"; gikan sa Sanskrito megha, "cloud" + ā-laya, "abode") iyo an estado sa amihanan-subangan na Indya.
