Yüksək texnologiya

Yüksək texnologiya — qabaqcıl olan, mövcud texnologiyanın ən yüksək forması olan texnologiya.[1] Yüksək texnologiya hesablama texnikası və elektronika daxil olmaqla tətbiqi elm və texnika, geniş anlamda yüksək mürəkkəbliyə malik xüsusi texniki yeniliyə deyilir.[2] O, bazarda ən mürəkkəb və ya ən yeni texnologiya kimi müəyyən edilə bilər.[3] Yüksək texnologiyanın əksi sadə, çox vaxt ənənəvi və ya mexaniki texnologiya mənasını daşıyan aşağı texnologiyadır. Məsələn, loqarifmik xətkeş aşağı texnologiyalı hesablama alətidir.[4][5][6] Yüksək texnologiya köhnələndə artıq aşağı texnologiyaya çevrilir. Bundan əlavə, yüksək texnologiya orta texnologiya anlayışı ilə bağlıdır, yəni aşağı texnologiyalı və yüksək texnologiyalı iki əks ekstremal keyfiyyət arasında tarazlıqdır. Orta texnologiya rəqəmsal/avtomatlaşdırılmış texnologiyanın səmərəliliyini və çoxyönlülüyünü aşağı texnologiyanın muxtariyyət və davamlılıq potensialı ilə birləşdirən inklüziv kimi başa düşülə bilər.[7]

Yüksək texnologiyalar üzərində işləyən (və ya yeni yüksək texnologiyalar inkişaf etdirən) startaplara bəzən dərin texnologiya deyilir. Termin həm də pozucu yeniliklərə və ya elmi kəşflərə əsaslananlara da aid ola bilər.[8]

Yüksək texnologiya insanların qarşılıqlı əlaqəsini tələb etməyən özünəxidmət təcrübələrinə istinad edə bilər.[9]

Tarixi

Bu ifadə 1958-ci ildə "The New York Times" qəzetində Avropa üçün "atom enerjisi"ni müdafiə edən xəbərdə istifadə edilmişdir: "… Sıx əhalisi və yüksək texnologiyası ilə Qərbi Avropa …"[10] Robert Metz 1969-cu ildə maliyyə sütununda bu termindən istifadə edərək, Artur Kollinsin "müxtəlif sahələrdə yüksək texnologiyalı patentlərə nəzarət etdiyini" demişdi.[11] 1971-ci ildəki məqaləsində qısaldılmış "high tech" formasından istifadə etmişdi.[12]

2006-cı ildə İƏİT tərəfindən yüksək texnoloji istehsal sənayelərinin geniş istifadə olunan təsnifatı verilmişdir.[13] İƏİT ölkələri daxilində bu sənayelərdə istifadə olunan tədqiqat və təkmilləşdirmə fəaliyyətlərinin intensivliyinə əsaslanır və nəticədə dörd fərqli kateqoriya əldə edilir.[14]
