Vyaçeslav Bitarov (kab.-çərk. КIуэкIуэ Валерэ и къуэ Къазбэч 2 fevral 1961, Sadon[d], Şimali Osetiya MSSR) — Rusiya dövlət və siyasi xadimi. 18 sentyabr 2016-cı il tarixindən Şimali Osetiya Respublikasının başçısı (19 fevral - 18 sentyabr 2016-cı ilədək Şimali Osetiya Respublikasının müvəqqəti rəhbəri)[1].

Şimali Osetiya Respublikası Hökumətinin sədri (2015-2016), Şimali Osetiya-Alaniya Respublikası Cüdo Federasiyasının prezidenti, Ümumrusiya Təbiəti Mühafizə Cəmiyyətinin regional şöbəsinin müdiri, Vahid Rusiya Partiyasının Ali Şurasının üzvü[2].

Bioqrafiyası

2 Fevral 1961-ci ildə Şimali Osetiya Muxtar Sovet Sosialist Respublikasının Verxnıy Sadon kəndində anadan olmuşdur. Üç qardaşın ən kiçiyidir. Ata və baba şaxtaçılıqla, sonra əkinçiliklə məşğul olmuşdur. Adi kəndli ailəsində boya-başa çatmışdır. Mal-qara bəsləmək, müxtəlif kənd təsərrüfatı bitkiləri becərməklə dolanırdılar. Ailə zəngin deyildi, amma kasıb da sayılmazdı. Ata və dayısı cəbhədə olmuş, əmisi isə zabit işləmişdir. 1947-ci ildə tərxis olunmuş əmisi bəzi Avropa şəhərlərinin komendantı olmuşdur.

Təhsil

1984-cü ildə Qorski Kənd Təsərrüfatı İnstitutunun Mexanika Fakültəsini mühəndis-mexanik ixtisası üzrə fərqlənmə diplomu ilə bitirmişdir.

Silahlı Qüvvələrdə xidmət

1984-1986-cı illərdə Sovet Ordusunda xidmət etmişdir. Ukraynada xidmət etdiyi dövrdə, leytenant rütbəsi almışdır.

Əmək fəaliyyəti

1978-ci ildə məktəbi bitirdikdən dərhal sonra Sadonski qurğuşun-sink kombinatında mexanik kimi işə düzəlir.

1986-cı ildə "Çvetı Osetii" sovxozunda mexanika mühəndis olaraq işə başlayır. Bir müddət sonra direktor müavini vəzifəsinə gətirilir.

1991-ci ildə "FAT" kəndli fermasının rəhbəri olur və paralel olaraq öz işini inkişaf etdirir.

1996-cı ildə Bavaria Pivə evi Şirkətlər Qrupunun rəhbəri olur.

2002-ci ildən Aqrofirma FAT MMC-nin direktoru işləyir.

2007-ci ildə Bavaria Pivə evi Şirkətlər Qrupu MMC-nin baş direktoru olur.

2010-cu ilin avqust ayında "Bavaria Brewery" MMC Şirkətlər Qrupunun baş direktoru vəzifəsindən istefa edir. Şirkətə oğlu Zəlimxan Bitarov rəhbərlik edir[3].

Ailəsi

Ailəlidir, üç övladı və dörd nəvəsi var. Həyat yoldaşı Marinadır[4]. Böyük oğlu Zəlimxan ekoloji cəhətdən təmiz kartof toxumu yetişdirmək üzrə təcrübə kənd təsərrüfatı müəssisəsini idarə edir. Zəlimxan evlidir və iki əkiz oğlu var - Vyaçeslav və Soslan. Kiçik oğlu Xetaq, universitetdə oxuyur və evlidir. Qızı Zarina ali tibb təhsili həkimdir. Zarina evlidir və iki övladı var[5].


Vyaçeslav Bitarov Osetiya ənənəsinə görə böyük bir ailədə yaşayır - anası (atası 2015-ci ildə vəfat etmişdir), həyat yoldaşı, hər iki oğlu, onlaarın həyat yoldaaşları və böyük oğlunun uşaqları ilə bir ümumi evdə. Qızı Zarina ənənəvi olaraq ərinin ailəsində yaşayır. Vyaçeslav Bitarovun anası uzun ömürlüdür, yaşı 90-dan çoxdur.
