Vladimir Fyodoroviç Mitkeviç (rus. Владимир Фёдорович Мицкевич; 22 iyul (3 avqust) 1872, Minsk – 1 iyun 1951, Moskva) — SSRİ elektrotexniki, SSRİ EA akademiki (1929; m. üzvü 1927), "Stalin" mükafatı laureatı (1943), RSFSR əməkdar elm və texnika xadimi (1938).

Vladimir Fyodoroviç Mitkeviç 3 avqust 1872-ci ildə Rusiya imperiyası tərkibindəki Minsk şəhərində anadan olmuşdur. O, 1895-ci ildə Peterburq Universitetini bitirmiş, 1909–1938-ci illərdə Leninqrad Politexnik İnstitutunda professor olmuşdur. Mitkeviç 1938-ci ildə SSRİ EA-da işləmişdir. O, "QOELRO" planının tərtibində iştirak etmişdir. Mitkeviçin əsas tədqiqatları elektromaqnit hadisələrini öyrənilməsinə, məftilli və məftilsiz rabitə problemlərinə, elektrik enerjisinin ötürülməsi məsələlərinə həsr olunmuşdur.[1]

Vladimir Mitkeviç 1928-ci ildə V. İ. Lenin adına mükafat, 1943-cü ildə isə 1-ci dərəcəli "Stalin" mükafatı ilə təltif olunmuşdur. O, 1938-ci ildə "RSFSR əməkdar elm və texnika xadimi" fəxri adına layiq görülmüşdür. Mitkeviç "Lenin" ordeni, 2 başqa orden və medallarla təltif olunmuşdur.[1]
