Osmanlı-Bizans müqaviləsi, Osmanlı sultanı I Mehmedin Bizans imperiyası ilə imzaladığı bir müqavilədir.

İldrım Bəyazid Ankara döyüşündə Əmir Teymura məğlub olaraq əsir düşdüyü zaman oğlu Mustafa Çələbi də onunla birlikdə Səmərqəndə aparılmışdı. Əmir Teymur öldükdən sonra Mustafa Çələbi sərbəst qaldı və Anadoluya geri döndü. O zaman artıq Osmanlıda çoxhakimiyyətlilik dövrü bitmiş, İldırım Bəyazidin digər oğlu Mehmed Çələbi Osmanlı dövlətinin hökmdarı olmuşdu. Mustafa Çələbi taxta iddiaa edincə, bu iki qardaş arasında müharibə başladı. Mustafa Çələbi qardaşı Mehmed Çələbiyə məğlub olaraq Bizansa sığındı. Mehmed Çələbi də Bizansla bir müqavilə imzaladı.[1]
