Fyodor Aleksandroviç Emin (əsl adı Məhəmmədəmin bəy Hüseyn bəy oğlu; 1735[1][2][…], bilinmir[4] – 18 (29) aprel 1770[1][2][…] və ya 27 aprel 1770[3], Sankt-Peterburq[1]) — Rusiya yazıçısı və jurnalisti.

Həyatı

Fyodor Emin təxminən 1735-ci ildə İstanbul şəhərində doğulmuşdu. Osmanlı Yeniçəri ordusunda xidmət etmişdi.

1758-ci ildə Londona getmişdi. Orada Rusiya səfiri M. Qolitsinə yaxınlaşmışdı. Ondan pasport alıb, 1761-ci ildə Rusiyaya gəlmişdi. Xristianlığı qəbul etmişdi. Xaç suyuna salınarkən Fyodor Aleksandroviç adını qəbul etmiş, soyadını Emin saxlamışdı.

O, ana dili olan türk dilindən başqa, italyan, ingilis, ispan, polyak və portuqal dillərini bilirdi.

Fyodor Aleksandroviç Emin 16 aprel 1770-ci ildə vəfat edib.
