Luz Martínez Ten (1960, Madrid) ye una sicopedagoga y sindicalista española y feminista, especialista en interculturalidad, coeducación y polítiques d'igualdá. En 2008 foi escoyida Secretaria de Polítiques Sociales de la Federación d'Enseñanza de la Unión Xeneral de Trabayadores. En mayu de 2015 foi escoyida Secretaria de la Muyer y Polítiques Sociales de la nueva Federación d'Emplegaes y Emplegaos de los Servicios Públicos d'UXT. Ye impulsora del documental Les Maestres de la República, Premiu Goya 2014 al meyor documental.

Biografía

La so familia vien d'Espinosa de los Monteros, d'onde yera'l so güelu Celestino Martínez,el so padre, Juan Manuel Martínez y onde ella, nacida en Madrid pasó gran parte de la so infancia xunto a los sos seis hermanes y hermanos.[1]

Llicenciada en Ciencies de la Educación completó los sos estudios con un Máster de Xéneru na Universidá Complutense de Madrid y con cursos de Doctoráu en Polítiques Sociales y Migraciones na Fundación Ortega y Gasset.[2]

Ye autora de numberosos llibros sobre coeducación y de campañes sobre educación n'igualdá y coeducación dende la Federación d'Enseñanza d'UXT.

En 2008 foi escoyida responsable de Polítiques Sociales de FETE-UXT[3] y a lo llargo de la so trayeutoria profesional y vital desenvolvió numberosos programes educativos y aiciones rellacionaes cola educación en valores y coeducación, ente ellos Aula Intercultural[4] y Educando n'Igualdá.[5]

Martínez Ten foi la impulsora del proyeutu Maestres de la República,[6] documental empobináu por Pilar Pérez Solano[7] ganador del Premiu Goya 2014 al meyor documental nel marcu de la recuperación de la biografía y hestoria de les maestres escaecíes de la república momentu nel que según Martínez Ten apostar por una enseñanza pública, universal, gratuita, llaica, billingüe, solidaria y obligatoria.[8]

En mayu de 2015 na nueva Federación d'Emplegaes y Emplegaos de los Servicios públicos d'UGT fruto de la integración de la Federación de los Servicios Públicos (FSP) y la Federación de Trabayadores de la Enseñanza (FETE) foi escoyida Secretaria de la Muyer y de Polítiques Sociales.[9]

Ye hermana de la política socialista Carmen Martínez Ten.
