Live Aid

Live Aid en Filadelfia en 1985.

Live Aid foi un conciertu de música rock de múltiple llocalización en 1985 nel que participaron a esgaya grupos históricos y númberos uno del momentu. L'eventu foi organizáu por Bob Geldof y Midge Ure pa consiguir fondos escontra la fame n'Etiopía. Vendío como la 'máquina de discos global', los sitios cimeros del eventu foren el míticu Wembley Stadium de Londres (al qu'asistieron aproximadamente 82.000 persones) y el JFK Stadium de Philadelphia (con una asistencia d'unes 99.000 persones), copn dellos actos acontecíos tamién n'otros llugares como Sydney y Moscú. Foi una de les mayores conexones vía satélite y cadenes de televisión de la historia: s'estimó qu'una audiencia d'unes 1.500 millones de persones, a lo llargo de 100 países, vió l'eventu.
