اتولد فى 17 اكتوبر 1918 فى كولومبوس فى الولايات المتحده و مات فى 25 مارس 2014 فى جروس بوينت شورز فى الولايات المتحده. اشتهر بانه مؤسس و مالك فريق Buffalo Bills و هو فريق فى الرابطه الوطنيه لكوره القدم (NFL). كان واحد من الملاك المؤسسين لدورى كوره القدم الامريكيه (AFL) و هو الدورى اللى اندمج معاه اتحاد كوره القدم الاميركى فى سنه 1970 و كان آخر ملاك اتحاد كوره القدم الامريكى الاصليين الى بيمتلكو فريقه.
