I was reluctant to post this here because it doesn't require changing any graphics, but it does involve research: I have a personal photograph from 1989 of a "1990" Louisiana marker. The source on the Minnesota highways article that identifies 1969 as the year of implementation of the current marker, the in-house publication, actually states that the numerals were to be gold, not white. If so, techically a new graphic should be created to be consistent, with support of a RS. However, it's quite possible that the author misspoke, or that it was true at the time but was immediately altered. (Yes, it's another nitpick.)
