Types of Universities in the Republic of China, Taiwan

ATTENTION There are three types of higher education system in Taiwan. Each of them are for different purposes.

• Ordinary Universities - ex. National Taiwan University
• Educational Univerities - ex. National Taiwan Normal University
• Technical Universities and colleges - ex. National Taiwan University of Science and Technology
