Template talk:Spanish terms for administrative divisions

The original Template:Subnational entity does not categorize by meaning. It's just organized by name there. I think categorizing might be difficult? I agree that is difficult, but it can be done. I can do it for those entities I'm familiar with only. --Vizcarra 20:57, 1 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]__DTELLIPSISBUTTON__{"threadItem":{"timestamp":"2005-11-01T20:57:00.000Z","author":"Vizcarra","type":"comment","level":2,"id":"c-Vizcarra-2005-11-01T20:57:00.000Z-Tobias_Conradi-2005-11-01T03:55:00.000Z","replies":["c-Tobias_Conradi-2005-11-02T02:42:00.000Z-Vizcarra-2005-11-01T20:57:00.000Z"]}}-->
some examples: why is "distrito federal" national and not federal? The federal stuff alltogether seems not right for every country. Some countries are no unions/federations but have cantons/provincias/departments. The ex-distrito federal in AR (now Autonomous city of BsAs) is very urban and metropolitan (?).
