We have Arash in the template , but Arash is not mentioned in the book . As far as I know, he himself plays no role in Shahnameh, but there are references to him here and there, and his name is mentioned:

از آن زخم آن پهلوِ آتشی / که سامیش گرزست و تیر آرشی،

You can find the above verse in Khaleqi-e Motlaq's edition of Shahnameh, vol 5, p 129. But, I think that is not enough.
