We could implement this if {{{preintegral|}}} {{{intsubscpt|}}} {{{integrand|}}} didn't include the <math>...</math> tags and we let the template do it. it doesn’t here with Safari. It’s not a standard feature of web browsers that I know. If anyone cannot view the images then they have the option of rendering math as mathematical formulae in their preferences. You're right, it only works with Firefox.
