Currently, this template is just a list of neighborhoods, with almost no information provided about them until you click on the page.What would people think about sectioning off the neighborhoods by quadrant? That looks fine to me, but since we don't have separate articles for each ward's neighborhoods, why not link each one to [[List_of_neighborhoods_of_the_District_of_Columbia_by_ward#Ward_X]].
Unrelated, but what's this "in the Washington City" nonsense? I have no idea. Is anyone planning on actually using these? If not, I'm going to batch-nom them for deletion. They're uniformly badly-formatted, and the main template isn't too big, it just needs to be organised better. The Ward 8 problem was a result of a missing '='. It's fixed. Not sure if the template is too large. The goal of my edits to remove the 'sides' of the city was to shorten the template.
