Scotland isn't under "National Trails" so made theirs invis (would later remove). If a sidebar is really needed, I could (no guarantee) make {{Long-distance footpaths in the United Kingdom}} be able to switch into a sidebar when needed.

If this template isn't merged and remains "National Trails", then it should be England and Wales only, and that's fine. Scotland could have their own sidebar instead.
