The name should be changed to "Mobile telecommunications user equipment", and the sections should be changed to reflect the true nature of this category. The only section that should stay is the "forms" section. Other sections could be added for each major manufacturer? I think it is better to leave it as it is. I don't think the list of devices should be there. The dominant devices on the market are constantly changing and there doesn't seem to be any logic to those that are included nor their order. If there's no objection I'll remove the devices from this template. Why are all of these links to a list of devices, rather than articles about the operating systems? For example, "Android device" links to List of Android devices rather than Android (operating system). Should be the reverse, in my opinion.
