we should remove some of the icons per MOS:ICON. currently the vertical size of the template is severely stretched. I think the coats of arms should be removed as the flag is sufficient for visual identification and their removal addresses the stretching problem. no one is saying the template should be removed, just the excessive icons. again, the issue is with excessive large icons that stretch the size of the template.
