Scottish NDPBs include the name "Water Industry Commissioner for Scotland" which I happened to find on the Royal Botanic Garden of Edinburgh article.

The Scottish Government has changed this into the body called the "Water Industry Commission for Scotland" (http://www.watercommission.co.uk/view_who_is_who.aspx).

Whether there should be an article devoted to this body is for others, but a working link may be useful.
