As the Crown dependencies are not part of the UK, and have separate economies (although IoM is in customs union and all three in currency union with UK). Have left Gibraltar, although other Overseas territories should perhaps be included if Gibraltar remains? Or perhaps if some sort of template is required, why not a Crown dependencies template and an Overseas territories template? Economy of the Falkland Islands and Economy of Saint Helena could go in an Overseas territories template if needed.
