René Schneider (born 20 April 1938) is a Luxembourgish footballer.^[1] He played in 29 matches for the Luxembourg national football team from 1959 to 1966 and won 4:2 against Portugal with former football star Eusebio. René Schneider was the captain of the team.^[2]
