Lee Young-sil (Korean이영실; RRI Yeong-sil, born 13 March 1987) is a South Korean field hockey player. She competed for the South Korea women's national field hockey team at the 2016 Summer Olympics.[1][2]

She won a gold medal as a member of the South Korean team at 2014 Asian Games[3] and competed at the 2018 Asian Games[4]
