Esan West is a Local Government Area of Edo State, Nigeria. Its headquarters are in the town of Ekpoma.[1]
It has an area of 502 km2 and Esan West (Ekpoma) has an estimated population of over 190,000 people which consists of an adult male population of over 60,000 and adult female population of over 60,000.[2] The postal code of the area is 310.[3]
