Indian Hindi film
Dacait is a 1987 Indian action film directed by Rahul Rawail.[3] The movie stars Sunny Deol, Meenakshi Sheshadri, Raakhee and Raza Murad.[4] The film was a 'semi-hit' upon release.[5]
Plot
The film is based on how a simple-living guy, Arjun transforms into a dacait after being oppressed by the landlord of the area. The plot is based in the Chambal area, which is the confluence of three states, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan and has been ignored for development since independence.[citation needed]
