Cuauhtémoc Anda Gutiérrez (born 25 December 1938) is a Mexican politician affiliated with the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI). He served as a deputy in the 51st Congress , representing the 23rd district of the Federal District , and the 54th Congress , representing the 31st district of the State of Mexico .[ 1] [ 2]
He was the President of the Chamber of Deputies in 1980.[ 3]
