American college football season
The 2012 Mississippi Valley State Delta Devils football team represented Mississippi Valley State University as a member of the East Division of the Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) during the 2012 NCAA Division I FCS football season. Led by third-year head coach Karl Morgan, the Delta Devils compiled an overall record of 5–6 and a mark of 5–4 in conference play, placing fourth in the SWAC's East Division.
