1994 local election in England
The 1994 Croydon Council election took place on 5 May 1994 to elect members of Croydon London Borough Council in London , England. The whole council was up for election and the Labour party gained overall control of the council.[ 2]
Jason Perry , who was elected as the first Mayor of Croydon in 2022 , was elected to the council for the first time at this election in Coulsdon East .
