بوابة سعودي هي بوابة وطنية سابقة للتعاملات الإلكترونية، أنشأتها المملكة العربية السعودية عام 2006، وتعد المدخل إلى الخدمات الإلكترونية الحكومية داخلها. وتهدف إلى إتاحة الوصول إلى الخدمات الإلكترونية الحكومية وتنفيذ التعاملات بها سواء للمواطنين والمقيمين والشركات والزوار من أي مكان. وتتحقق البوابة التي أنشأها برنامج التعاملات الإلكترونية الحكومية (يسّر) إمكانية الوصول إلى الخدمات الإلكترونية على بوابة (سعودي) عن طريق توفير الخدمات الإلكترونية عبر البوابة إما عن طريق التكامل مع جهات حكومية أخرى، أو عن طريق توفير روابط المواقع الإلكترونية لتلك الجهات ولخدماتها على البوابة.[1][2]

وجاء في نص قرار مجلس الوزراء رقم (40) وتاريخ 27-2-1427هـ، الموافق 27-3-2006م، والذي ناقشت فيه إقرار ضوابط تطبيق التعاملات الإلكترونية الحكومية في الجهات الحكومية، ما يلي: «يقوم البرنامج بإنشاء البوابة الوطنية لخدمات التعاملات الإلكترونية الحكومية، لتسهيل الوصول إلى المعلومات الحكومية والحصول على الخدمات الحكومية».[2]

خدمات

تقدم البوابة 945 خدمة إلكترونية لقطاع الأعمال في المملكة، وتستفيد الجهات الحكومية من 488 خدمة إلكترونية متاحة، كما يمكن لزوار المملكة الاستفادة من 34 خدمة إلكترونية تقدمها الجهات في السعودية.[3] وتوفر البوابة دليلًا للجهات الحكومية، وعدد كبير من روابط الأنظمة واللوائح والقوانين، إضافةً إلى أقسام تحتوي على معلومات متكاملة عن السعودية، الأمر الذي يجعلها تمثل منفذًا معلوماتيًّا هامًّا لنشر الأخبار والفعاليات المتعلقة بالخدمات الإلكترونية وبالجهات المقدمة لها.[1]

ويستفيد الأفراد من 1641 خدمة إلكترونية مقدمة من البوابة، ومقسمة على عدد من القطاعات مثل: الاتصالات والتقنية، والاقتصاد والأعمال، والسفر والسياحة، والعمل والتوظيف، والصحة والبيئة، والنقل والمواصلات، والسكن والمرافق، وغيرها.[4] في حين تستفيد فئة الأعمال من 839 خدمة إلكترونية[5]، و414 للقطاعات الحكومية[6]، و33 خدمة للزوار.[7]

كما تتيح «سعودي» لزوارها معلومات عن المملكة بدءً من نظام الحكم، ورؤية المملكة 2030 ونظام القضاء، والتوظيف، وصولاً إلى البيئة والحياة الفطرية، إلى جانب ذلك توفر البوابة دليل الجهات الحكومية، والأنظمة واللوائح والقوانين والتنظيمات، إذ يمكن الاطلاع على أكثر من 420 نظاماً ولائحة وقانونا، بالإضافة إلى ذلك تمكن «سعودي» زوارها من التعرف على أكثر من 85 مبادرة ومشروعا وطنيا تتبناها الجهات الحكومية.[3]
