الإرهاب الثوري (بالإنجليزية: Revolutionary terror أو Revolutionary terrorism)[1] مصطلح يشير إلى الممارسة الممنهَجة للقوة ضد أعداء الثورة، وخاصة أثناء عهد الإرهاب في الثورة الفرنسية من عام 1793 وحتى 1795.[2][3] كما يُستخدم مصطلح الإرهاب الشيوعي لوصف الإرهاب الثوري بدايةً من الإرهاب الأحمر في روسيا السوفيتية الاتحادية الاشتراكية وحتى عهد الخمير الحمر[4] وغيرهم.
