محمد باشا الجراح (بالتركية: Cerrah Mehmed Paşa)‏ كان الصدر الأعظم للدولة العثمانية في الفترة ما بين أبريل 1598 حتى 6 يناير 1599.[1][2] تُوفي في يناير 1604 بمدينة إسطنبول.
