كأس مصر لكرة القدم 1982–83 هو الموسم الخامس والخمسون من بطولة كأس مصر، وقد انتهت البطولة انتهت بفوز النادي الأهلي باللقب بعد تغلبه في النهائي على نادي المصري ، كما شهدت البطولة انسحاب فريق المنيا من مباراته في الدور الأول أمام فريق المصري ؛ حيث كان فريق المصري متقدمًا بهدف عندما احتج لاعبو فريق المنيا على إلغاء الحكم لهدف، واستمر اللعب فسجل فريق المصري بينما لاعبو المنيا ظلوا محتجين، فانسحب فريق المنيا.
