القِسم الخُشَّائيّ من العَظم الصَّدغيّ (بالإنجليزية: mastoid part of the temporal bone)‏، هو الجزء الخلفيّ من العظم الصدغيّ. يؤمّن سطحه الخشن ارتباطًا لعضلاتٍ مُختلفة وفيه فُتحات لنَفاذ الأوعية الدمويّة. يَتَمَفْصَل القِسم الخُشَّائيّ عند حوافِّه مع عظمين آخرين.
