Wakil Presiden Sudan Selatan adalah posisi politik tertinggi kedua yang dapat diperoleh di Sudan Selatan. Selain itu, posisi sementara yang disebut wakil presiden pertama dibuat pada Agustus 2015. Pada 2020, kesepakatan koalisi dicapai pada 2020 dengan membentuk lima wakil presiden.[2]
