Undang-Undang Pewaris Takhta Ketiga

Undang-Undang Pewaris Takhta Ketiga (bahasa Inggris: Third Succession Act) pada masa Raja Henry VIII dari Inggris adalah undang-undang yang disahkan oleh Parlemen Inggris pada Juli 1543. Undang-undang ini mengembalikan Mary dan Elizabeth ke urutan garis pewaris takhta setelah saudara tiri mereka, Edward. Sebelumnya, Mary dan Elizabeth telah dinyatakan sebagai anak yang tidak sah, sehingga tidak dapat mewarisi takhta.

Edward VI mencoba mengakali undang-undang ini dengan mengeluarkan surat pada 21 Juni 1553 yang menjadikan Lady Jane Grey sebagai penggantinya.[1] Namun, pada akhirnya Mary berhasil naik takhta berdasarkan undang-undang ini, dan Lady Jane Grey dihukum mati.
