Shin Seung-hun (Hangul: 신승훈; lahir 21 Maret 1966)[1] adalah penyanyi-penulis lagu asal Korea Selatan yang dikenal pada tahun 1990-an sebagai "Kaisar Balada."[2] Ia memulai debut pada tahun 1990 dengan lagu populer, "Reflection of You in Your Smile," dan sejak itu ia merilis 12 album studio.[3]
