Save Me From Myself adalah lagu khusus yang dirilis oleh Christina Aguilera yang diambil dari kantung album Back to Basics, dalam bentuk video musik sebagai ungkapan terima kasih kepada seluruh penggemarnya yang telah memberinya inspirasi dan dukungan selama ia mengandung dan melahirkan anak pertamanya, Max Liron Bratman pada tanggal 12 Januari 2008 lalu. Dalam video musik tersebut juga turut menampilkan beberapa cuplikan foto dan rekaman video pada saat Christina melangsungkan pernikahannya bersama Jordan Bratman pada tahun 2005 lalu.
